Products and ordering

Review the product description, measurements, selected size or variant, and intended use before ordering. Product colors can appear differently on different screens. Follow product instructions and safety information, and choose products suitable for your pet’s size and needs.

Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. You must be legally able to make the purchase and authorized to use the payment method you provide.

We aim to keep product information, prices, and availability accurate. If an availability problem or material error affects your order, we will contact you about the available options. We will not charge an increased price for an existing order without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel it and refund payment for the canceled items and any associated charges that must be refunded.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not by themselves change the price of an order already placed.
