Refund policy

No change-of-mind returns or exchanges

We do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or variant, or no longer want an item. Please review the product description, measurements, and selected options before ordering.

This policy does not limit rights or remedies that apply by law, including where goods are defective, damaged, incorrect, or not delivered as required.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

If there is a problem with your order, email support@pawsarefamily.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the item and packaging, where available, can help us investigate.

We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or refund. Do not send an item back without contacting us first. If a return is necessary to resolve an eligible issue, we will provide the destination and shipping instructions and cover return costs where required by law. The address printed on a package may not be a customer-return address.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately to request an order change or cancellation. Orders may enter processing shortly after payment. We cannot guarantee a requested change or cancellation once processing begins. If we confirm cancellation, we will refund the canceled items and any shipping charges that no longer apply.

If shipment is delayed or we cannot fulfill an order, we will provide the cancellation and refund options required by law. These rights are not affected by our no-change-of-mind-return policy.

Refunds

We will notify you of the outcome after reviewing your request. Any refund due will be issued promptly within the timeframe required by applicable law, generally to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Contact support@pawsarefamily.com if you have a question about a refund or have not received a credit after our refund confirmation.
