Paws Are Family started with a simple frustration: too many pet products that look great in a listing and fall apart in a week. Beds that flatten in a month. Toys that last one afternoon. Harnesses with a chart that fits no actual dog.
So we set one rule for everything we sell: if we wouldn’t give it to our own pets, it doesn’t go in the store.
What that looks like in practice
Fewer products, chosen carefully. We’d rather offer three good beds than thirty mediocre ones. Every item is picked for how it holds up, not how it photographs.
Honest descriptions. Real dimensions, sizing guidance, and a plain note about what a product is not good for. We’d rather lose a sale than send you the wrong thing.
Who we shop for
Dogs of every size and energy level, and cats of every opinion. The greeters at the door, the ones who claim every soft surface, the ones who need a slow feeder because dinner is a competitive sport. If they’re family to you, they’re who we’re here for.
