Destinations and charges

Paws Are Family currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. Available delivery options for your address are shown at checkout.

Standard shipping is $8 for orders below $70 and free for orders of $70 or more. The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes. Your shipping charge is shown before you pay.

Processing and delivery

Estimated order processing is 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated U.S. delivery is 7–14 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual timing can vary by product, destination, carrier, and supplier availability.

Our fulfillment partners ship products directly to customers from U.S. or overseas warehouses, depending on the item. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages. We email tracking information when it becomes available.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will tell you about the delay and provide the cancellation or refund options required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel it and refund payment for the unshipped items and any associated charges that must be refunded.

Address changes and order help

Check your delivery address before placing your order. Contact us immediately to request an address correction or cancellation. Processing can begin soon after payment, so changes or cancellation may no longer be possible once processing begins. This does not limit any cancellation or refund right required by law.
